At CA4IT our policy is complete satisfaction within the rules of professional standards. If for any reason, we are unable to meet the terms of services provided within those professional standards, we will refund the fees associated with those services.

We employ a range of customer service surveys to constantly monitor client feedback in an effort to improve our services and to this end, we encourage any client comments or suggestions.
